Using the Intuitive Eating model, my clients and I set goals that center them, their bodies, and their needs- allowing them to build a healthy relationship with eating that is sustainable and guilt-free. With my background in integrative and functional nutrition, I prioritize digestive health as a foundational path to balancing the whole body. When I’m not coaching others in the art of sustainable nutrition, I’m spending my free time with my family and two young children.
In my ideal world:
Everyone has a peaceful relationship with food
My vegetable garden never gets aphids
I always make it to yoga class on time
And my family loves everything I cook.
