That’s where I come in.
Using the Intuitive Eating framework, I help you tune into your body’s cues, let go of guilt, and nourish yourself in a way that’s flexible, joyful, and sustainable. No more rules. No more starting over. Just you—feeling more at home in your body.
With additional training in integrative and functional nutrition, I also focus on healing from the inside out—supporting digestion, energy, and hormonal balance as key parts of your overall well-being.

Hi, I’m Natalie—a registered dietitian of 15 years, mom of two, and someone who knows firsthand how hard it can be to feel at ease in your own skin.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m chasing my kids, pulling weeds in the garden, or trying to get dinner on the table before the “hangry hour” kicks in.
